This package is for the couple that is designing their own celebration and wants an experienced wedding planning professional to organize all their elements. We provide two in office production meetings for three hours each.
This package includes:
- Initial half hour meeting with client and wedding planner to get to know each other and develop a working relationship.
- Budget development and discussion to prevent cost overruns in the future.
- Full access to producer?s vendor catalogue so your choices are top rated professionals groomed for E D Events style productions.
- Color and theme development.
- Review locations for cake, dance floor, dinner area set up.
- Review menu and catering contract to service overview, confirm kitchen placement, power sources, water, and trash removal/storage per site contract.
- Review parking areas and valet plan.
- Plan ceremony area and band/DJ placement.
- Plan placement of gift table, check-in table placement, favor placement.
- Have a timeline provided from band/DJ and photographer; integrate into E D Events timeline plan.
- Review timelines provided by client, photographer, DJ to confirm wedding day flow.
- Tip and gratuity review for future reference.
- Decide on where wedding gifts are to be stowed.
Further services for other wedding related celebrations are available for a fee of $75 per hour. We are happy to provide an event coordinator for shower themes, rehearsal dinner plans or any other parties you plan to create.
