PROFESSIONAL
COORDINATION PACKAGE
This package
is for the couple that has planned their own celebration and wants
an experienced professional onsite for their rehearsal and wedding
day. An additional assistant is needed the wedding day if your
guest count is 50 guests or more.
This package includes:
- Complimentary
initial one hour meeting with client to get to know each other
and develop a working relationship.
- On-site
production meeting with client.
- Review
locations for cake, dance floor, dinner area set up.
- Preview
menu and catering contract to service overview, confirm kitchen
placement, power sources, water, and trash removal/storage per
site contract.
- Locate
parking areas, review valet plan
- Locate
ceremony area and band/DJ placement per client.
- Locate
placement of gift table, check-in table placement, favor placement.
- Receive
timeline from band/DJ and photographer; integrate into E D Events
timeline.
- Review
timelines provided by client, photographer, DJ to confirm wedding
day flow.
- Receive
instruction on where wedding gifts are to be stowed.
- Vendor
Interface: Contact vendors hired by client and confirm arrival
time and event location, provide map/directions for location
by fax or email, if needed.
- Manage
Rehearsal on site the week of the wedding.
- Facilitate
wedding day.
- Manage
timeline by cueing grand entrance, first dance, father/daughter
dance
- Provide
assistant for 4 hours on the wedding day, billed separately.
- Supply
exclusive E D Events “Emergency Kit.”
- Distribute
wedding day vendor payments.
- Distribute
personal flowers.
- Place
names on reserved seating chairs for ceremony according to diagram
supplied by client.
- Line up
& cue ceremony for processional/recessional as designed
by client.
- Review
event schedule with bandleader/DJ on location to insure smooth
event flow.
This package
includes 15 hours for a fee of $1,500. Further services for other
wedding related celebrations are available for a fee of $125 per
hour. We are happy to help develop shower themes, rehearsal dinner
plans or any other parties you plan to create.
The information
outlined by the coordinator and contracts with your vendors are
needed by Entertainment Design Events no less than 3 weeks prior
to the Event.
