WEDDING
DAY SIMPLICITY PACKAGE
This package
is designed for the creative couple who would like professional
guidance and has the time and energy to design/plan most of the
wedding themselves.
This package includes:
- Initial
1 hour complimentary meeting with client and designer to get
to know each other and develop a working relationship.
- Production
meeting with client and appropriate vendors at wedding location.
- Review
Invitation and printing designs to edit and adjust as necessary.
- Discuss
and locate placement for ceremony area, cake table, dance floor,
dinner area, and band/DJ. Decide on bride/groom dressing area
and arrival plan. Confirm plans with location.
- Review
vendor contracts to insure viability and integrity.
- Preview
menu and catering concepts and style of service, confirm kitchen
placement, power sources, water, and trash removal/storage per
site requirements.
- Locate
parking areas, review valet and transportation plan.
- Locate
gift table, check-in table, and favor placement.
- Prepare
event day timeline combining timelines from client, band leader/DJ,
photographer and videographer.
- Coordinate
where wedding gifts are to be securely stowed after dinner has
begun.
- Vendor
Interface: Contact vendors hired by client and confirm arrival
time and event location, provide map/directions for location
by fax or email, if needed.
- Manage
Rehearsal on site the week of the wedding.
- Facilitate
wedding day.
- Manage
timeline by cueing grand entrance, toasts, first dance, father/daughter
dance, and any other highlights you desire.
- Provide
assistant for 8 hours on the wedding day, billed separately.
- Provide
contract labor as needed for distribution of décor, private
valet for clients, lighting of candles as needed by client.
This staff will be billed separately.
- Supply
exclusive E D Events “Emergency Kit.”
- Distribute
vendor wedding day payments.
- Distribute
personal flowers.
- Place
names on reserved seating chairs for ceremony according to diagram
supplied by client.
- Line up
& cue ceremony for processional/recessional.
- Preview
event schedule with bandleader or DJ to ensure proper event
flow.
This package includes 35 designer hours for a fee of $3,500.
Your main E D Events contact and one assistant will be onsite
at your rehearsal for 3 hours and at your wedding for 12 hours.
Additional staff may be needed. Estimate about one staff member
for every 50 guests.
Further design services for other wedding related celebrations
are available for a fee of $125 per hour. We are happy to help
develop shower themes, rehearsal dinner plans or any other parties
you plan to create.
The information outlined by the coordinator and contracts with
your vendors are needed by Entertainment Design Events no less
than 3 weeks prior to the Event.
